Reservations Agent (Hotel Group) – Entry Level

Location: Burgersfort, Limpopo. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Book shuttles, dinner reservations and game drives for guests.
• Take card pre-authorisations and settle folios at checkout.
• Answer booking emails and calls, and quote rates from the rate sheet.
• Allocate rooms and pass early check-ins to housekeeping.
• Check guests in and out on Opera or Protel, and scan IDs and passports.

• A hospitality or tourism diploma, or 1 year at a hotel front desk
• Matric
• Confident on a computer and quick to learn a property system
• Honest with cash and card payments
• You can work rotating shifts, including nights
• Clear spoken and written English

• Amadeus or Galileo training for travel roles
• A foreign language such as German, French or Portuguese
