Job Description

Selling financial products in Soweto means knowing the rules as well as the pitch. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

You'll report in Soweto. Relocation is not covered for this one. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

The work, day to day

Follow up on quotes sent and chase missing documents.
Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.
Call warm leads from the dialler and qualify them in the first minute.
Keep your record of advice complete for compliance audits.
Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.

You'll need

Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start
Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy
FAIS fit and proper: clean credit and criminal record
Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
RE5 passed, or willing to write it within the first year
