Rigger (Shaft & Headgear)

When production stops, the artisans get it going again. The diamond mine processing plant near Secunda needs you on that team. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

This post is Secunda-based, with most of your time spent at a diamond mine processing plant.

• Fault-find hydraulic, electrical and engine faults on trackless machines

• Able to read schematics, hydraulic circuits or wiring diagrams
• Willing to do standby and call-outs on a roster
• Certificate of fitness for underground or surface work

• N3 certificate or Grade 12 with maths and science

• Flameproof equipment training for coal mines
• Experience with collision avoidance systems on TMM
