Security Area Manager (Night Rounds) – Immediate Start

You'll run a shift of officers at a retail portfolio in Benoni, keeping posts covered and standards high. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

The work is in Benoni, Gauteng, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day.

• Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
• Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
• Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
• Meet the client weekly on security concerns
• Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries

• Matric, with a security management course a plus
• PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
• Available after hours for emergencies
• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
• At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters

• Management training for growth to operations manager
• Cellphone allowance
• Company vehicle or car allowance on area roles
