Security Area Manager (Night Rounds)

A security company in East London wants a firm, fair supervisor for its guarding contract across several sites. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

• Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
• Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
• Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
• Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
• Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours

• Firm with staff but fair and consistent
• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
• At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
• PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
• Available after hours for emergencies

• Own reliable vehicle
• Handgun competency for armed supervisor posts

• Company vehicle or car allowance on area roles
• Management training for growth to operations manager
