Job Description

Step up from guarding into supervising on a retail portfolio in Kempton Park. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

This post is in Kempton Park (Gauteng). Please only apply if you can travel there daily.

What your day looks like

Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours
Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
Do surprise night visits to check posts

What you need

Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
Available after hours for emergencies
Matric, with a security management course a plus
At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor

Nice if you have

Own reliable vehicle
Handgun competency for armed supervisor posts
Mining or hospital security experience

On offer
