Security Operations Supervisor (Retail Portfolio)

You'll run a shift of officers at a retail portfolio in Roodepoort, keeping posts covered and standards high. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

Home base is a retail portfolio on the Roodepoort side of Gauteng. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

• Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
• Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
• Meet the client weekly on security concerns
• Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
• Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries

• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
• Firm with staff but fair and consistent
• PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
• Available after hours for emergencies
• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
• At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor

• Company vehicle or car allowance on area roles
