Job Description

A security company in Harrismith wants a firm, fair supervisor for its residential estate. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

Home base is a residential estate on the Harrismith side of Free State.

What you'll actually do

Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
Do surprise night visits to check posts
Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
Meet the client weekly on security concerns

Must-haves

Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
Available after hours for emergencies
Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
Matric, with a security management course a plus

Extra points for

Handgun competency for armed supervisor posts
Mining or hospital security experience
