Security Site Supervisor (Grade B)

You'll run a shift of officers at a residential estate in Johannesburg CBD, keeping posts covered and standards high. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

You'll be based at a residential estate in Johannesburg CBD. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

• Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
• Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
• Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries
• Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
• Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records

• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
• Firm with staff but fair and consistent
• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
• PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)

• Computer skills for rosters in Excel or a workforce app
• Mining or hospital security experience

• Management training for growth to operations manager
• Provident fund and funeral cover
• Company vehicle or car allowance on area roles
• Cellphone allowance

• If you have been upgraded through the grades, show the progression. It proves you grew on the job.
