Security Site Supervisor (Grade B)

Officers look to you on every shift at a guarding contract across several sites in Krugersdorp. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

You'll be based at a guarding contract across several sites in Krugersdorp. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

• Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
• Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
• Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours
• Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
• Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
• Investigate incidents and write reports for the client

• Firm with staff but fair and consistent
• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
• Available after hours for emergencies
• At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
• PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)

• Labour relations or basic supervision course
• Own reliable vehicle
• Computer skills for rosters in Excel or a workforce app

• Management training for growth to operations manager
• Provident fund and funeral cover
• Company vehicle or car allowance on area roles
