Security Site Supervisor (Grade B) – Immediate Start

Officers look to you on every shift at a mining operation in Worcester. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.

Location: Worcester, Western Cape. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

• Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
• Meet the client weekly on security concerns
• Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
• Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
• Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
• Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours

• At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
• Firm with staff but fair and consistent
• Available after hours for emergencies
• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
• Matric, with a security management course a plus

• Own reliable vehicle
• Computer skills for rosters in Excel or a workforce app
