Service Desk Consultant (Furniture Store) – Fixed-Term

Customers bring their problems to your counter at a mall cellular store in Kariega, and leave with answers. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

• Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.
• Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.

• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
• Accurate with cash and paperwork

• A Customer Service NQF certificate
• Speaking the main local language of your area
• Medical scheme or insurance product knowledge
