Shelf Packer (Supermarket, Weekend Shift)

You'll keep the shelves full and tidy at a liquor store in Kimberley, so shoppers find what they came for. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

Location: Kimberley, Northern Cape. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

• Collect trolleys from the parking lot
• Unpack deliveries in the receiving area and sort by aisle
• Help customers find products and carry heavy items to cars
• Visit several stores on a merchandising route and send photos of shelves
• Pack shelves from the back, rotating older stock to the front (first in, first out)
• Face products so labels point forward and gaps are filled

• Honest, since stock losses are checked closely
• Basic reading and maths for price checks
• Available for weekends, month-end and public holidays
• Able to stand and lift cases all shift

• Being 18 or older for liquor store roles
• Previous shelf packing or merchandising work
• Own transport for route merchandising jobs
