Job Description

You'll run a shift of officers at a retail portfolio in Boksburg, keeping posts covered and standards high. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

Home base is a retail portfolio on the Boksburg side of Gauteng.

What you'll actually do

Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries
Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
Order and issue uniform, radios and torches

Must-haves

Available after hours for emergencies
Firm with staff but fair and consistent
At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites

Nice if you have

Labour relations or basic supervision course
Handgun competency for armed supervisor posts
Own reliable vehicle
