Job Description

A security company in Mossel Bay wants a firm, fair supervisor for its guarding contract across several sites. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

The work is in Mossel Bay, Western Cape, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day.

What you'll actually do

Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
Meet the client weekly on security concerns
Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills

What you need

Available after hours for emergencies
Matric, with a security management course a plus
Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
