Selling financial products in Coega means knowing the rules as well as the pitch. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

This post is Coega-based, with most of your time spent at a medical gap cover broker. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Follow up on quotes sent and chase missing documents.
• Explain waiting periods, exclusions and premiums in plain terms.
• Capture new policies on the admin system and check debit order details.
• Visit clients at home or work for field advice appointments.
• Read the FAIS disclosures and record client consent on every call.
• Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.

• Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start
• Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one
• Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
• Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy

• Medical aid and group life cover once permanent
• Basic salary plus uncapped commission
• RE5 exam fees and study material paid
