Systems Administrator (Microsoft 365 and Azure)

You'll keep servers, networks and cloud services up and secure for a manufacturing group with several sites in Vereeniging. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

The site is in Vereeniging; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying.

• Monitor servers, links and firewalls and act on alerts
• Manage users, groups and conditional access in Entra ID
• Configure switches, VLANs, VPNs and firewall rules
• Troubleshoot load-shedding related outages and UPS failures
• Build and maintain virtual machines on Hyper-V, VMware or Azure
• Document network diagrams and change records

• Degree or diploma in IT, plus relevant certifications
• Scripting in PowerShell, Bash or Python
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 skills, or Linux for Linux posts
• Willing to do standby and after-hours maintenance

• CCNA, Fortinet NSE or MikroTik certification
• ISO 27001 audit experience
• Experience with SIEM tools such as Microsoft Sentinel or Wazuh
