Talent Acquisition Specialist (Corporate) – Experienced

This post is Paarl-based, with most of your time spent at a call centre group.

• Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters.
• Handle candidate data in line with POPIA, including consent and deletion.
• Screen CVs and run phone interviews to check fit and salary expectations.
• Give every shortlisted candidate feedback, including those who did not get the job.
• Report on time-to-fill, pipeline and placement figures each week.
• Take detailed job briefs from hiring managers and clients.

• Confident on the phone with candidates and managers
• Skilled at LinkedIn search and job board databases
• Honest about salaries, deadlines and outcomes
• A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
• Organised enough to run 15 or more vacancies at once

• Experience with psychometric or skills assessments
• An applicant tracking system such as Bullhorn or a similar ATS
• Knowledge of employment equity targets when shortlisting

• LinkedIn Recruiter licence provided
• Hybrid working
• Clear growth path to senior consultant or team manager
• Commission on placements for agency roles

• Show placements, fill rates and average time-to-fill; recruiters get judged on numbers, and so will you.
• Before the interview, look up a live vacancy the company is filling and suggest where you would source for it.
