Job Description

This healthcare staffing agency in Secunda needs a recruiter who can read a CV fast and a person faster. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

You'll be based at a healthcare staffing agency in Secunda. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

The work, day to day

Write clear, honest job ads and post them on job boards and LinkedIn.
Give every shortlisted candidate feedback, including those who did not get the job.
Place temps on assignments and check timesheets under the Labour Relations Act rules for TES.
Take detailed job briefs from hiring managers and clients.
Screen CVs and run phone interviews to check fit and salary expectations.

You'll need

Organised enough to run 15 or more vacancies at once
Skilled at LinkedIn search and job board databases
At least 1 year of recruitment, sourcing or recruitment admin
Honest about salaries, deadlines and outcomes
Confident on the phone with candidates and managers
A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
