What's in it for you

  • Shift and standby allowances
  • Paid overtime on shutdowns

How to apply

  1. Check you meet the must-haves first; recruiters filter on those before anything else.
  2. Have the following on hand (clear photos on your phone are fine at first): certified copy of your identity document or smart card plus references from maintenance managers.
  3. Use the form on this page. It takes about two minutes and you don't need to upload anything yet.
  4. Watch for a call or WhatsApp from How2Apply over the next 5 working days.

How to stand out

  • Expect a practical test. Measure twice and work cleanly, because the assessor watches your habits as much as the result.
  • If you can machine parts as well as fit them, say so clearly. Many factories want both skills in one person.
