Job Description

Running the front desk of an airport hotel in Middelburg (MP) means calm service and a clean shift balance. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

Location: Middelburg (MP), Mpumalanga. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

The work, day to day

Manage OTA bookings coming in from online travel channels.
Run the night audit, close the day and print the flash report.
Balance your cash float and card slips before handover.
Store guest details securely in line with POPIA.
Answer booking emails and calls, and quote rates from the rate sheet.

You can work rotating shifts, including nights
Confident on a computer and quick to learn a property system
