Tracking Control Room Agent (Vehicle Recovery) – Fixed-Term

Sharp eyes and a calm voice are the tools of the trade at a vehicle tracking control centre in Randburg. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

The site is in Randburg; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Dispatch the nearest response vehicle over the radio
• Hand over open incidents clearly at shift change
• Report camera faults and offline sites to the technicians
• Track stolen vehicles on the map and guide recovery teams
• Talk down intruders over on-site speakers when the system allows

• Computer literate and quick on a keyboard

• Able to stay focused through 12-hour day and night shifts

• Experience on a CCTV or alarm monitoring platform
• CCTV operator short course
