Job Description

Out on the road for a beverage distributor in Kempton Park, your car is your office and the store floor is your pitch. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

You'll be based at a beverage distributor in Kempton Park. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

What you'll actually do

Send your manager a daily report with volumes against target.
Take orders from store managers and spaza owners on the sales app.
Pack shelves, rotate stock and remove damaged or expired lines.
Log kilometres and fuel slips for the monthly claim.
Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
Track competitor pricing and new products in your area.
Set up promotional displays and check planogram compliance with photos.

Must-haves

Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners
You know the townships, suburbs and main roads of your area
You can work to daily and monthly volume targets
Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting

Nice if you have

Speaking two or more local languages
A sales or marketing certificate
