Voice-Picking Warehouse Assistant – Experienced

You'll keep a busy online grocery fulfilment hub in Richards Bay stocked, picked and moving out on time. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

The site is in Richards Bay; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

• Pack cartons, add fillers and seal them with tape guns
• Pick orders from pick slips or a handheld scanner, bin by bin
• Replenish empty pick faces from overstock racking
• Label boxes with the correct waybill and route sticker
• Count stock during weekly cycle counts and month-end stock takes

• Happy to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in peak season
• You're fit enough to lift boxes up to 25kg all shift
• Grade 10 or higher; matric preferred
• Willing to wear safety boots, a reflector vest and gloves

• Experience in a cold-chain or freezer environment
• Previous picking experience with a handheld RF scanner

• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half on weekdays
• Safety boots, overalls and freezer jackets supplied
• Chance to be trained on forklift after probation
