Warehouse Packer (Seasonal Peak) – Experienced

Every order that leaves this clothing distribution centre in Boksburg passes through your hands first. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

Location: Boksburg, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Wear thermal gear and rotate in and out of freezer zones on schedule
• Keep aisles clear of plastic, cardboard and loose pallets
• Stack finished orders on pallets and stretch-wrap them tight
• Report damaged, short or expired items to the shift supervisor
• Pack cartons, add fillers and seal them with tape guns
• Replenish empty pick faces from overstock racking

• You're fit enough to lift boxes up to 25kg all shift
• Grade 10 or higher; matric preferred
• Willing to wear safety boots, a reflector vest and gloves
• You can read product codes and count accurately
• South African ID or a valid work permit
• Happy to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in peak season

• Experience in a cold-chain or freezer environment
• Previous picking experience with a handheld RF scanner

• Chance to be trained on forklift after probation
• Permanent appointment for reliable temps after peak season
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half on weekdays
• Safety boots, overalls and freezer jackets supplied
