Warehouse Packer (Seasonal Peak)

You'll keep a busy online grocery fulfilment hub in Rosslyn stocked, picked and moving out on time. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

You'll be based at an online grocery fulfilment hub in Rosslyn. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Scan every item so the system shows the right stock count
• Wear thermal gear and rotate in and out of freezer zones on schedule
• Pick orders from pick slips or a handheld scanner, bin by bin
• Count stock during weekly cycle counts and month-end stock takes
• Move pallets with a hand pallet jack to the dispatch lane

• Happy to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in peak season
• You can read product codes and count accurately
• You're fit enough to lift boxes up to 25kg all shift
• Clean criminal record (most warehouses run a check)
• Punctual, with reliable transport home after late shifts

• Basic computer skills for capturing counts
• Experience in a cold-chain or freezer environment

• Permanent appointment for reliable temps after peak season
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half on weekdays
• Chance to be trained on forklift after probation
• Safety boots, overalls and freezer jackets supplied

• If you have done any stock counts, packing or even shelf work before, list it first. It shows you already know how to handle stock.
• Arrive for the interview in closed shoes. Some warehouses walk you through the floor straight away.
