Warehouse Picker (Night Shift) – Experienced

Every order that leaves this online grocery fulfilment hub in Cape Town CBD passes through your hands first. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

Location: Cape Town CBD, Western Cape. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Report damaged, short or expired items to the shift supervisor
• Replenish empty pick faces from overstock racking
• Move pallets with a hand pallet jack to the dispatch lane
• Keep aisles clear of plastic, cardboard and loose pallets
• Wear thermal gear and rotate in and out of freezer zones on schedule

• South African ID or a valid work permit
• Clean criminal record (most warehouses run a check)
• You're fit enough to lift boxes up to 25kg all shift
• Grade 10 or higher; matric preferred
• Willing to wear safety boots, a reflector vest and gloves

• Staff canteen with subsidised meals
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half on weekdays
• Safety boots, overalls and freezer jackets supplied
