Weekly Wages Clerk (Mining Contractor)

People get paid right and on time because of you at a hospitality group in Bloemfontein. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

Location: Bloemfontein, Free State. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

• Release the salary bank file for authorisation
• Capture new hires, terminations, increases and deductions before cut-off
• Import clock-card data and check overtime against approved hours
• Declare UIF on uFiling and help staff with UI-19 forms
• Submit Compensation Fund returns of earnings

• Reliable with deadlines that cannot move
• Matric plus a payroll certificate or diploma
• Experience on Sage 300 People, VIP, PaySpace or SimplePay
• Comfortable with Excel reconciliations
• Sound knowledge of PAYE, UIF, SDL and the BCEA

• SAPP registration as a Payroll Practitioner
• Experience with medical aid and pension fund reconciliations

• Paid SAPP membership
• Remote work outside payroll week
• Structured increases linked to certification

• Mention EMP501 and IRP5 by name; employers want proof you can handle the year-end tax cycle.
