Weekly Wages Clerk (Mining Contractor)

You'll run weekly and monthly payrolls for a hospitality group in Epping, from clock data to bank file. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

You'll report in Epping. Relocation is not covered for this one. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

• Capture new hires, terminations, increases and deductions before cut-off
• Submit Compensation Fund returns of earnings
• Compile bi-annual EMP501 reconciliations and issue IRP5 certificates
• Run weekly and monthly payrolls and check the variance reports
• Calculate leave pay, notice pay and final pay under the BCEA

• You keep salary information private under POPIA
• At least 2 years of full-function payroll
• Sound knowledge of PAYE, UIF, SDL and the BCEA
• Matric plus a payroll certificate or diploma
