The site is in Gqeberha; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

• Submit monthly EMP201 returns and pay PAYE, UIF and SDL on eFiling
• Run weekly and monthly payrolls and check the variance reports
• Import clock-card data and check overtime against approved hours
• Process garnishee orders and third-party deductions
• Declare UIF on uFiling and help staff with UI-19 forms
• Submit Compensation Fund returns of earnings
• Calculate leave pay, notice pay and final pay under the BCEA

• You keep salary information private under POPIA
• Matric plus a payroll certificate or diploma
• Comfortable with Excel reconciliations
• Experience on Sage 300 People, VIP, PaySpace or SimplePay
• Reliable with deadlines that cannot move
