The exhaust and catalytic converter plant in eMalahleni needs operators who follow the standard work and speak up when something is wrong. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

• Take part in kaizen ideas to improve your station
• Check parts for defects before they go into the vehicle
• Keep your station clean using 5S rules
• Rotate between stations as the team leader plans
• Load and unload robotic welding cells safely

• Lives close enough to reach the plant on time for every shift
• Able to pass a basic literacy and numeracy test
• Grade 12 certificate
• Can follow written and visual work instructions
