Workshop Controller (Service Department)

Book cars in, find the right part and keep customers informed at the franchised car dealership in Rosslyn. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

• Submit warranty claims with photos and technician reports
• Count stock during cycle counts and year-end stocktake

• Code 08 licence

• Good working knowledge of car parts and basic vehicle systems
• Matric, plus a motor industry background

• Experience in a customer satisfaction survey-driven dealership
• Parts interpreter or service advisor course through merSETA
• Some mechanical training or a trade background

• Company uniform

• Monthly CSI bonus for customer ratings
