Armed Escort Officer – Fixed-Term

Serious work for a serious officer: armed response across a suburban residential area in Tembisa. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

You'll report in Tembisa. Relocation is not covered for this one.

• Write detailed incident reports on the tablet or in the vehicle logbook
• Visit clients for key-holder checks and open-up requests
• Search the property perimeter and check doors, windows and gates
• Drive the response vehicle safely at speed to client addresses
• Give first aid at an incident until paramedics take over

• PSIRA Grade B or C with an armed response course
• Clean criminal record and no pending cases
• At least 2 years in guarding or response
• Calm under pressure and physically fit

• First-aid Level 2 or 3
• Advanced driving course
• SAPS, SANDF or reservist background

• Regular refresher shooting practice
• Group life cover through the provident fund
• Danger and night allowances
