Job Description

A healthcare administrator in Tzaneen needs dashboards people trust and numbers that add up. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

Home base is a healthcare administrator on the Tzaneen side of Limpopo. The first two weeks are spent shadowing someone experienced.

What your day looks like

Meet business users to turn their questions into report requirements
Present findings to managers in plain language with clear charts
Keep a data dictionary so everyone uses the same definitions
Automate weekly reports that used to take hours in Excel
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models
Write SQL to pull, join and clean data from several sources
Build simple forecasting and segmentation models in Python or R

What you need

Hands-on Power BI, Tableau or a similar tool
Degree in statistics, maths, computer science, economics or a related field
At least 2 years in a data or reporting role (not needed for graduate posts)
Advanced Excel

Helpful, not essential

Industry knowledge in retail, insurance or credit
Microsoft PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst certification
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake or Fabric
