Boom Gate Controller (Industrial Park) – Experienced

Steady 12-hour shifts at an office tower in Mamelodi for PSIRA-registered officers. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.

This post is Mamelodi-based, with most of your time spent at an office tower.

• Watch for loitering, broken fencing and open doors during night patrols
• Hand out and collect contractor access cards
• Patrol the perimeter on a set route and scan checkpoint tags
• Open and close boom gates for residents, deliveries and contractors
• Test the panic button and radio when you come on duty

• Alert, polite and firm with the public
• Able to work 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends
• Clear, neat handwriting for the OB and registers
• Grade 10 minimum; matric preferred

• First-aid Level 1 certificate
• Experience on estate access apps or biometric readers
• Firefighting or evacuation training

• Provident fund contributions
• Stable long-term site contracts
• Paid night-shift allowance under the security sector rules
• Uniform, boots and winter jacket issued
