Job Description

You'll help walk-in customers at a mall cellular store in Midrand, face to face, all day. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

Location: Midrand, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

What you'll actually do

Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.
Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.
Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.

You'll need

Accurate with cash and paperwork
Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
You can stay polite with a long queue watching
Matric (Grade 12) certificate
