Job Description

Customers bring their problems to your counter at a courier depot counter in Somerset West, and leave with answers. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

This post is in Somerset West (Western Cape). Please only apply if you can travel there daily. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

What your day looks like

Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.
Book repairs and warranty claims and give customers a reference number.
Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.
Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.
Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.

Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
You can stay polite with a long queue watching
Presentable and approachable with all kinds of customers
Accurate with cash and paperwork
