Job Description

Shelves sell the product, and at this pet food manufacturer you'll keep them full, neat and priced right. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

Location: Atlantis, Western Cape. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

What your day looks like

Take orders from store managers and spaza owners on the sales app.
Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
Log kilometres and fuel slips for the monthly claim.
Set up promotional displays and check planogram compliance with photos.
Visit 8 to 15 outlets a day on a planned call cycle.

You'll need

You know the townships, suburbs and main roads of your area
Matric
You can work to daily and monthly volume targets
A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners

Helpful, not essential

A sales or marketing certificate
Your own reliable car for a car-allowance position
