Brand Promoter (In-Store Demos)

Shelves sell the product, and at this personal care brand you'll keep them full, neat and priced right. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

You'll be based at a personal care brand in Fourways. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

• Track competitor pricing and new products in your area.
• Handle returns and credit claims for damaged stock.
• Send your manager a daily report with volumes against target.
• Check shelf prices against the promo list and fix wrong tickets.
• Visit 8 to 15 outlets a day on a planned call cycle.
• Collect cash or EFT proof on van sales and bank daily.
• Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.

• Matric
• Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners
• You can work to daily and monthly volume targets
• You know the townships, suburbs and main roads of your area
• 1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience
• A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles

• Existing relationships with independent retailers
• Speaking two or more local languages
• Your own reliable car for a car-allowance position

• Company vehicle or car allowance plus petrol card
• Monthly commission on volume and new accounts
• Cellphone and data allowance
• Branded uniform and safety boots
