Bus Driver (Staff Transport, PrDP P)

Steady shift work with a school transport operator in Centurion for drivers with a passenger PrDP. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

Home base is a school transport operator on the Centurion side of Gauteng. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

• Pick up and drop off schoolchildren only at approved points
• Write the trip log with times, kilometres and fuel
• Check passenger tickets, tags or staff cards when boarding
• Give tourists a friendly welcome and help with luggage on charters
• Count passengers and make sure nobody stands beyond the limit
• Keep the bus clean inside and report any damage

• At least 3 years of bus or taxi driving
• Patient and friendly with passengers
• Punctual for very early starts
• Valid Code 10 or Code 14 licence
• Medically fit
• Valid PrDP for passengers (P)
