Job Description

You'll keep the shelves full and tidy at a township shopping centre store in Roodepoort, so shoppers find what they came for. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

Home base is a township shopping centre store on the Roodepoort side of Gauteng.

The work, day to day

Pack shelves from the back, rotating older stock to the front (first in, first out)
Face products so labels point forward and gaps are filled
Visit several stores on a merchandising route and send photos of shelves
Help customers find products and carry heavy items to cars
Clean spills fast and put up wet-floor signs
Put up price tickets and promotion shelf strips
Collect trolleys from the parking lot

What you need

Basic reading and maths for price checks
Neat appearance and punctual
Able to stand and lift cases all shift
Honest, since stock losses are checked closely
Available for weekends, month-end and public holidays
Grade 10 or matric
