Client Service Officer (Municipal Pay Point)

You'll help walk-in customers at an insurance branch in Atlantis, face to face, all day. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

The site is in Atlantis; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying.

• Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.
• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
• Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
• Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
• Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.

• You can stay polite with a long queue watching
• Accurate with cash and paperwork
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
