Client Service Officer (Municipal Pay Point) – Entry Level

You'll be based at a private clinic front desk in Isando. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

• Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
• Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.
• Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
• Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.
• Book repairs and warranty claims and give customers a reference number.

• Presentable and approachable with all kinds of customers
• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• You can stay polite with a long queue watching

• A Customer Service NQF certificate
• RICA and cellular product knowledge
