Job Description

Customers bring their problems to your counter at a courier depot counter in Klerksdorp, and leave with answers. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.

You'll be based at a courier depot counter in Klerksdorp. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

What you'll actually do

Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.
Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.
Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.

You'll need

Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
You can stay polite with a long queue watching
Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
Accurate with cash and paperwork

Extra points for

Medical scheme or insurance product knowledge
A Customer Service NQF certificate
