Client Service Officer (Municipal Pay Point)

This furniture retail branch in Prospecton needs someone friendly who can fix account problems while the queue moves. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

Home base is a furniture retail branch on the Prospecton side of KwaZulu-Natal. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.
• Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.
• Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
• Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.
• Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.

• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
• Presentable and approachable with all kinds of customers
• You can stay polite with a long queue watching

• RICA and cellular product knowledge
• Medical scheme or insurance product knowledge
