Customer Service Clerk (Courier Depot)

This department store service desk in Richards Bay needs someone friendly who can fix account problems while the queue moves. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

You'll report in Richards Bay. Relocation is not covered for this one. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

• Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
• Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.
• Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
• Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.
• Book repairs and warranty claims and give customers a reference number.

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• Accurate with cash and paperwork
• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
