Job Description

You'll carry passengers safely around Kempton Park for a mine shift transport service, on time and by the timetable. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

You'll be based at a mine shift transport service in Kempton Park. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

What you'll actually do

Check passenger tickets, tags or staff cards when boarding
Follow speed limits strictly; buses are tracked
Pick up and drop off schoolchildren only at approved points
Keep the bus clean inside and report any damage
Give tourists a friendly welcome and help with luggage on charters
Handle breakdowns calmly and keep passengers safe until help arrives
Inspect the bus before each trip: tyres, brakes, doors, emergency exits

You'll need

Patient and friendly with passengers
Medically fit
Punctual for very early starts
Valid Code 10 or Code 14 licence
Clean driving and criminal record
Valid PrDP for passengers (P)

Nice if you have

Fluent in more than one language
Experience on mine or staff transport routes
Tour coach experience with charters
