Job Description

Home every night: a building-supplies merchant in Paarl needs a steady Code 10 driver for daily routes. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

Home base is a building-supplies merchant on the Paarl side of Western Cape.

What your day looks like

Operate the truck-mounted crane to offload bricks or pallets
Deliver to shops, sites and homes on your route
Check the load against invoices before signing it out
Get signed invoices back to the office at the end of each day
Collect cash or cheques on COD deliveries and bank them correctly
Fill in the trip sheet with kilometres, fuel and stops

What you need

Friendly and professional with customers
Clean driving record
Valid Code 10 (C1) licence
Valid PrDP for goods (G)

Extra points for

Experience on a sales-and-delivery route
Code 14 licence (a step up)
