Job Description

Home every night: a building-supplies merchant in Centurion needs a steady Code 10 driver for daily routes. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.

You'll be based at a building-supplies merchant in Centurion. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

What your day looks like

Check the truck's oil, water, tyres and lights before leaving
Manage your assistant on the truck and share the offloading
Report damaged goods or refused deliveries straight away
Check the load against invoices before signing it out
Collect cash or cheques on COD deliveries and bank them correctly

What you need

Valid PrDP for goods (G)
Valid Code 10 (C1) licence
At least 2 years driving rigid trucks
Clean driving record

Nice if you have

Crane or HIAB operator certificate
Experience on a sales-and-delivery route
