Job Description

You'll run local delivery routes around Vanderbijlpark for a building-supplies merchant, dropping 10 to 20 stops a day. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

You'll report in Vanderbijlpark. Relocation is not covered for this one.

What your day looks like

Deliver to shops, sites and homes on your route
Operate the truck-mounted crane to offload bricks or pallets
Fill in the trip sheet with kilometres, fuel and stops
Report damaged goods or refused deliveries straight away
Get signed invoices back to the office at the end of each day
Plan your drop order with the dispatch clerk each morning

You'll need

Honest with cash and customer goods
Clean driving record
Good knowledge of roads in and around the city
At least 2 years driving rigid trucks
Valid Code 10 (C1) licence
